Tournament-week lodging, walking-close to the gym.
Private Augusta homes for the AAU teams, families, coaches, and scouts headed to Riverview Park for Peach Jam week. Our walking cluster sits 1.9 miles from the activities center — close enough to run a team van between sessions, quiet enough for HS players to actually sleep between games.
Tournament week is not a hotel week.
Twelve players, two coaches, three parents, a trainer, and a couple of scouts shouldn't be split across four hotel rooms on different floors. They need a house. Sometimes two. Game-film space. A real kitchen for team breakfast. Privacy for coach meetings. A quiet bedroom for the player who has to be sharp at 9am.
A house, not a hotel block
Team breakfast in a real kitchen. Film review in a living room. Bedrooms with doors that actually close. Players, coaches, and family under one roof — without the lobby noise.
Walking close to the gym
Our cluster is 1.9 miles from Riverview Park — about 6 minutes by van. Players who lose 45 minutes in tournament-week traffic from a hotel across town arrive cold. Ours arrive ready.
Hosted all tournament week
Catering, transport, ice baths, late-night court access for shootarounds, anything else — handled by the same person who booked you in. Coaches don't need another inbox during Peach Jam.
1.9 miles from the gym. Closer than most hotels.
The orange PJ marker is the Peach Jam venue at Riverview Park Activities Center, North Augusta. The gold-ringed pins are our walking-cluster homes; the green pin is Augusta National for orientation — the cluster sits between the two. Most Peach Jam groups want 2–3 homes side by side; we hold them as a block.

From first inquiry to final whistle.
Peach Jam is six days and a dozen games. Teams that arrive prepared play differently. Same homes, same hosting standard — tuned to the rhythm of a tournament week instead of a vacation.
Tell us your team
Player count, coach count, family travelers, scouts joining. Bracket position if you know it. The earlier we lock the homes, the better the side-by-side block.
We block the homes
For most Peach Jam groups, 2–3 walking-cluster homes side by side. Team house, coach/family house, optional third for scouts or sponsors. Confirmed and held.
We prep tournament logistics
Team-van parking, game-film projector setup, daily team breakfast, ice baths or recovery, transport to Riverview Park if you don't want to drive every session.
Game-week, on call
If a player gets sick, a van breaks down, or the team needs late-night court time for a walkthrough — call us. We've hosted enough tournament weeks to know what breaks.
Multi-home blocks for Peach Jam.
Hosting a program with multiple teams? An AAU organization bringing 3+ age groups? A shoe-company sponsorship tour? A college program flying in scouts across 2–3 days? Block multiple homes inside the walking cluster and we'll run the entire week — vans, breakfasts, film rooms, ice baths, and after-game space.
- Block 2–5 homes side by side in the walking cluster
- Team-van parking, indoor staging, film-room setup
- Group breakfasts & team dinners coordinated
- Optional vans to Riverview Park session by session
AAU teams. Families. Coaches. Scouts.
Tournament week brings the entire grassroots basketball world to a 5-square-mile corner of South Carolina. Same homes, same hosting — tuned per group.
AAU teams & programs

Privacy and proximity in equal measure. Get to the gym fast, get back fast, no shared elevators with the people you're evaluating.
Sponsors & sneaker brands
Multi-home packages for hospitality, athlete meetings, media days, and after-tournament events. Run your Peach Jam week the way you run your Final Four week.
Same operator. Masters weeks, Peach Jams, every busy weekend Augusta has.
8888 Masters is built on Chris's portfolio of Augusta homes and a decade of hosting through Augusta's busiest weeks. Tournament weekends are part of the rhythm — same homes, same hosting standard, same person picking up the phone if a team van breaks down before tip-off.
Every home in the portfolio is one we manage or co-manage personally. Every guest is one we know before they arrive.
Photos are permission-sensitive. 8888 Masters is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Augusta National Golf Club, the Masters Tournament, Nike, EYBL, the Peach Jam, or any person shown.
