Confirm & pay
Once we agree on the home(s) and terms, we send a clean booking confirmation and payment instructions. For corporate or multi-home bookings, we structure a contract that fits your finance team.
Pre-arrival prep
Before you land, we coordinate the concierge layer: catering, transportation, tee times, restaurant bookings, household setup, on-site staff. You tell us what you need. We make it happen.
Hosted on-site
You arrive into a private home that's ready. Anything you need during the week is one phone call away. That's the 8888 difference: we don't disappear after the booking.

Most of our guests come back — same homes, same hosting, same standard. For multi-year corporate contracts, we lock the homes in advance and build the experience around your team.

Is 8888 Masters affiliated with Augusta National?
No. 8888 Masters is an independent private hosting operator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Augusta National Golf Club or the Masters Tournament.
Can I book just one home, or the whole cluster?
Both. We host families of four in a single home and corporate groups taking 16 homes across a private neighborhood. Same hosting either way.
What's included in the hosting fee?
The home, the concierge coordination, and direct host availability during your stay. Add-ons like catering, transportation, tee times, and staff are arranged at cost or with a clear service fee.
How far in advance should we book?
Masters week and ANWA homes book 12–18 months in advance. Other event weeks are more flexible. For multi-year corporate contracts, we plan in late summer for the following year.
Can we see the home before booking?
Yes. We share full photo galleries, capacity, and address details with serious inquiries. For corporate buyers, we'll arrange a walkthrough.
How are guests vetted?
We talk to every group before confirming. We don't accept everyone who inquires. This protects the homes, the owners, and the experience for repeat guests.
