The quiet week at Augusta National.
Private Augusta homes for the families of invited amateurs, college coaches recruiting from the field, member-network patrons, and anyone who wants to walk Augusta National on the rare day it's open to the public. Our walking cluster is ~13 minutes on foot to the gates — the same walk you'd take for Masters week.
The week before the storm. The right way to come to Augusta.
ANWA week is Augusta at its best and quietest. Spring foliage, smaller crowds, the course in the same condition Masters competitors will see four days later — and the only week Augusta National opens its gates to the public for free.
Walking distance to the gates
Our walking cluster is ~13 minutes on foot to the same patron gates Masters guests use the following week. For families watching a daughter, niece, or granddaughter compete, that proximity matters.
The free Saturday inside ANGC
Saturday's final round is free and open to the public — the rarest entry ticket in golf. Stay with us and your group walks to it. No traffic, no parking, no early-morning logistics.
Same homes, quieter week
Same portfolio, same hosting, same operator — but at ANWA pricing instead of Masters pricing. Many of our repeat Masters guests come back for ANWA to host extended family.
Two courses. Four days. One rare public Saturday.
ANWA is structured differently from any other week at Augusta. Rounds 1 and 2 play at Champions Retreat Golf Club in Evans (≈11 mi west). All players get a Friday practice round at Augusta National, then the top 30 + ties play Saturday's final round at ANGC — free and open to the public. The markers on the map below show both venues.
Round 1
Champions Retreat Golf Club · Evans, GA. First-round play for the full field of ~72 invitees on the Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player nines.
Round 2
Champions Retreat Golf Club · Evans, GA. Second-round play. The 36-hole cut sets the field for Saturday at Augusta National.
Practice Round
Augusta National Golf Club. Every player in the field gets to walk and play Augusta National — for many, the only time in their lives.
Final Round Free & open to public
Augusta National Golf Club. Top 30 + ties play for the trophy — patrons walk the same grounds the Masters field will walk four days later. The rarest free ticket in golf.

María José Marín — the name to know for 2027.
The Colombian amateur won the 2026 Augusta National Women's Amateur right here, capping a run that included the 2025 NCAA individual title. At 19, she's the face the next field will be chasing — and the reason ANWA week now draws college coaches, sponsors, and golf families from three continents to Augusta the week before the Masters.
When Marín's name is on the leaderboard, the patrons who follow women's amateur golf book early. We hold our walking-cluster homes for exactly those families — the ones who come for the golf, not just the spectacle.

Four days. Every detail handled.
Many of the families we host at ANWA are first-time Augusta visitors — sometimes the player's only trip to the U.S. before her college season. We handle the logistics so the family can focus on watching her play.
Inquire
Tell us your group. Player's family? Coach scouting? Member-network patron group? Each profile gets a slightly different home recommendation and itinerary.
We match & confirm
We propose a home that fits your group, lock the dates, and send a clean confirmation. For international families, we coordinate around arrival logistics.
We prep the week
Transport between Champions Retreat and the cluster Wed/Thu, the walk to ANGC Fri/Sat, restaurant reservations, catering for family gatherings, the Saturday-after-the-trophy dinner.
You arrive hosted
Walk in. Everything's ready. Whether your week ends Saturday with a celebration or you fly out Sunday before Masters week begins, we run the logistics.
Stay through both weeks.
ANWA ends Saturday April 3. Masters practice rounds start Monday April 5. For families who want both — daughter plays ANWA, parents stay through the Masters — we coordinate the extended week as one continuous booking. Same home, same operator, no checkout in between.
- Block a home from Tuesday Mar 30 through Sunday Apr 11
- Same hosting standard across both weeks
- We run ANWA logistics and Masters logistics
- Pricing structured around the dual-week stay
Families. Coaches. Patrons. First-time visitors.
ANWA week brings a smaller, quieter, more international crowd to Augusta than Masters week. Same homes, same hosting standard — tuned per group.
Families of invitees
One of the 72 invited amateurs is yours. Parents, siblings, grandparents, the coach who got her here — all under one roof, walking distance to where she plays Friday and (hopefully) Saturday.
International families
For families flying in from Europe, Asia, or South America to watch a daughter play. We handle ground transport, dietary accommodations, and the logistics of a first U.S. trip.
College golf coaches
Private home base for a recruiting trip. The 72-player field is the densest concentration of college-bound talent on the calendar — you need a base, not a hotel lobby.
Member-network patrons
For patrons who already know Augusta and want the rental side handled with the same standard as the rest of their week — but at ANWA pricing, not Masters pricing.
First-time ANGC visitors
For anyone who wants the rare public Saturday inside Augusta National. We host the rest of the week — the airport pickup, the walk to the gate, the restaurant after.
The same operator. ANWA week, Masters week, every weekend in between.
8888 Masters is built on Chris's portfolio of Augusta homes and a decade of hosting through Augusta's championship weeks. ANWA isn't a side event — it's one of the most thoughtfully run weeks on the Augusta calendar, and many of our repeat Masters guests come back specifically for it.
Every home in the portfolio is one we manage or co-manage personally. Every guest is one we know before they arrive.
Photos are permission-sensitive. 8888 Masters is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Augusta National Golf Club, the Masters Tournament, the Augusta National Women's Amateur, Champions Retreat Golf Club, or any person shown.
